Spire Technosoft provides technical support for the BNI Centennial Companion App on behalf of BNI Jaipur Centennial.

For account access, bugs, or questions about how to use Gives, Asks, meetings, or RSVP features, email us and we will respond as soon as practicable (typically within two business days).

Before you write to us

Please include:

  • Your name and the email address registered in the App.
  • Your chapter role (member, support, or admin) if relevant.
  • Device model and iOS or Android version.
  • App version (shown in store listing or device settings).
  • A short description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.
  • Screenshots if helpful — do not send passwords.

Account and chapter administration

Profile changes, inactive accounts, or chapter membership questions may be handled by your chapter leadership in addition to Spire support.

Password reset flows depend on your deployment; contact support if you cannot sign in.

Privacy requests

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, email contact@spiretechnosoft.com with subject “BNI Centennial Companion App — Privacy” or read our Privacy Policy.

Emergency or security issues

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password if possible and contact us immediately with subject “BNI Centennial Companion App — Security”.
